[Mono-list] FileNotFoundException with dlls

Have you both eliminated the possibility of those very basic errors:

* case-sensitivity of filenames in *nix (Normally VS.NET would compile a 
Portal.dll instead of a portal.dll)
* file permissions and ownership of file (try to make the file 755 via 
chmod)
