[Mono-list] Why Glade-Sharp.dll and Gnome-Sharp.dll aren't packaged with GTK# Windows Setup?

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the glade sample WITHOUT compiling GTK# from cvs, but
those needed assemblies aren't installed with GTK#.
Sure, I'll battle with cygwin setup again to have autoconf,automake and
working libtool, so that maybe I can compile those from the cvs sources, but
I would like to now WHY?
