[Mono-list] Binaries naming

I know debian at least has systems to deal with exactly this (for example
with awk and friends). It allows you to select which of a set of programs
which are traditionally associated with a given name that name is linked to.
I don't know if there are similar ways of doing things on redhat, but in
either case setting up symlinks is easier than moving programs around.

If needed we could have a mono-ms-compat package that would contain symlinks
connecting all the ms traditional names to the mono names. Then only this
package would block with pnet.
