The assembly exits in MS .NET; you'll find docs on MSDN. There
doesn't seem to be even a partial Mono implementation yet. You will
get a warning similar, but not identical, to the above if you try to
run SML.NET on Mono, which is why I know.
Somebody might want to have a stab at this assembly; IIRC it is not a
very large API at all.
