[Mono-list] C++/CLI

It really looks ugly. I took a quick look at the doc, and it seems to be 
easier to write in IL directly instead of it.

Ok, I'm sure it will have its uses, as C++ has...but it has a equally huge 
syntax that I'm not willing to learn.
