[Mono-list] MySQL / Firebird

[Reggie Burnett]

The best docs right now is just the SqlClient docs found at
msdn.microsoft.com.  The provider uses the same interface as SqlClient.
Just use the namespace ByteFX.Data.MySqlClient and all classes are =
prefixed
with MySql instead of Sql.
