Rob,
     You need to choose existing project while running the JLA wizard.
But be ready to face a huge number of errors reported by this tool. This
tool does nothing besides converting basic java syntaxes to C#.

  For most of the thing you have to Open the converted code and rewrite
it again with your  own logic.
