[Mono-list] ASP.NET default language --> VB

ASP.NET standard language should be VB.NET:

The standard language is C# at the moment. But it should be VB to match
MS CLR defaults. As I've seen, most ASPX pages already have the <%@ Page
Language=3D"C#" %> directives, so it shouldn't be a problem. And VB is
already there in Mono...
I suggest to change this ASAP to prevent conflicts at a later time when
there are many scripts written and lazy programmers have forgotten this
Page directive. In the moment, there aren't so much pages published and
created and their programmers are in touch with the Mono project. At a
later point, this situation might have changed.
