Hi amerigo5,
yes, Npgsql is already part of Mono installation. The 0.24 had a 
previous version, but the next will have the more updated version of 
Npgsql as it is already in the CVS. If you can, grab the latest cvs code 
of mcs module and compile Npgsql from there.
