[Mono-list] Npgsql cvs code synchronized with gborg cvs

Hi all,
I just updated Mono cvs code with gborg code. Now they are in synch.
I will update both repositories at same time from now on.

Please, let me know if I did something wrong. I tested building it with 
the makefile.gnu and it worked so I hope I didn't break the build.
