[Mono-list] mod_mono problems

I'm having problems getting the mod_mono to work.  I followed the
instructions in the INSTALL file,  other than my apache2 path is
/usr/local/apache2

The .aspx pages run fine just running the xsp server, Trying to display the
test pages with mod_mono generates a pages displaying a stack trace error.

Compiled from source

Apache 2.0.45
Mono 0.24
Mod_mono 0.3
