[Mono-list] Win2k install of mono-0.24

I downloaded the Windows Setup Wizard via http://go-mono.com/archive/mono-0.24-win32-1.exe; the dates of the .exe files in the $MONO/bin directory were May 6 and May 7, so I doubt I have the absolute newest builds.  I'll try building or installing something more recent via CVS sometime today or tomorrow, and see if that fixes things.
