[Mono-list] build problem with Mono 0.24

I noticed that installing libgc with "make install" only installs the 
libraries, not the headers. There doesn't seem to be a make target for that 
(?). After running "make install" I also did:

	mkdir /usr/local/include/gc
	cp -r include/* /usr/local/include/gc

The key indicator is to look at the very end of the "configure" output for 
mono-- it should say "GC: Boehm" instead of "GC: auto". Otherwise, it isn't 
getting the gc configured correctly.
