I've been doing some work on strong names.

Some parts are already available in /mcs/tools/security/sn.cs, however I've
not finished the signature (generation and verification) parts - but at
least I found a way to know what's getting hashed in an assembly without
doing reverse engineering :-).

Right now I'm working more on Authenticode signatures (working) and related
X509 chaining and validation (required for both Authenticode and SSL) before
getting back into StrongNames - but I can give some directions if someone is
interested in implementing it right now.
