[Mono-list] Where are samples in 0.25 downloads?

No samples are installed through the RPMs.
As for the tarballs, what kind of samples are you looking for? Any of
the programs in the mcs/tools directory could work as a sample, though
they tend to be console-based programs.
If you want Gtk# samples, those should be in the gtk-sharp-0.10.tar.gz
tarball, though that may require some compiling.
As for monodoc samples, those are currently embedded within monodoc.
There is an effort to separate the samples into separate files (this
would simplify spell checking the docs), but it isn't complete at this
time.
