[Mono-list] mini-doc.txt

An email from Miguel to this list in April
(http://lists.ximian.com/archives/public/mono-list/2003-April/013269.html) 
indicates that the mono code should come with a file describing the
internals of the new JIT compiler called mono-doc.txt, located in
mono/mini/mini-doc.txt.

I downloaded and un-tar'ed mono 0.24, and couldnt find the text file.  Can
anyone point me to how I can obtain this document?
