[Mono-list] monodoc - NullReferenceException when item choosedin topics tree

Thanks you for your interest Ben.
I clicked on:
- Mono Documentation
- Class Library
- System
- Activator Class
Always on the triangles at the left, and then on "Members" (the text). All 
were single clicks, not double clicks.

I was able to see the documentation for some time, then it broke. I don't 
remember exacty what I did in the meantime, but I'm sure I did several CVS 
updates and builds.
