Hello Miguel

When we made tests using the System.Web.dll file and gives to a value
of "null value us".

We made the siguentes pruevas

- When the clients execute sequentially makes a call to
  SessionIncProcHandler,
  and after a certain time null leaves the error "value"

- When we made prueva simultaneamente or at the same time also it makes a
  call to SessionIncProcHandler, but immediately shows to a message of Good
  error "null value"

  this problem
