[Mono-list] Why doesn't mcs generate XML documentation?

I used to use Doxygen to document C++ and Java code.  Where I'm working
now, everything is in C#, so I've been using a combination of
Microsoft's tools and NDoc.  I'd love to switch to Doxygen, but was
afraid the C# support might be really bad...  Can you elaborate on
"isn't perfect"?
