[Mono-list] building from CVS

Finally was able to build mono.  I installed autoconf-2.57 and it built =
with
no problems.  I have not built mcs yet, but I don't expect difficulties.

I didn't believe that stock Mandrake 9.1 would not be sufficient to =
build
mono but apparently it is not.
