[Mono-list] Why doesn't the Mono distribution contain al.exe?

Hi all,

I've checked out and compiled mono/mcs from CVS
and everything works fine...

I've just a question: where can I find the al.exe
program? Actually it is not included neither in
mono nor in mcs. I need it to link a .resource file
into a satellite assembly.
