I haven't tested this, but I'd guess that this would be an
turned into an attribute.  So, you'd do something like:

    Gtk.Label label =3D new Gtk.Label();

    // ...

    label.Text =3D "Some Text.";


Or something like that.

(Most the stuff that has a "get" and "set", in C get turned
into an attribute in C#.)
