[Mono-list] xmlStorageSystem Info ?

Hello,

I was going through the Ideas section on go-mono.org and found
xmlStorageSystem under Projects there. Is there some place (besides
there link there) whereby I can find more info. on that. I am
considering taking up that project as a graduate course semester
project.

Any pointers/details on the same will be appreciated.
