[Mono-list] Compile mod_mono with a RPM-installed Apache

Hi,

I just commited to CVS a patch submitted by Alp Toker, which allows it to use
the apxs tool and updated the docs accordingly. Let me know if this work for
you in your systems. It works on my Red Hat 8.0 install
