[Mono-list] error compiling mcs

I have seen a few reports about this, but I am unable to reproduce the
problem.  My guess is that at some point we broke the compiler or the
runtime, and then fixed it, and without a fixed compiler its hard to
move on.

You can try making MissingInterfacesInfo in pending.cs:195 public,
compile your compiler, and then remove the public modifier.
