Thank you for gathering together all the needed stuff!
cvs mono should now be buildable and the interpreter is
working (though not completely yet): running most tests works and
running mcs works, too, at least for some small cases I tryed.
Anyone with a MacOSX system is welcome to try the code, report bugs and
other issues and, hopefully, send patches:-)
