this is ok. So, now, your IBM DB2 provider is in Mono CVS. I haven't yet
tried to compile it, but will be doing it soon. I removed all the csproj
files and bin/|obj/ directories, which shouldn't go to CVS.

Apart from that, you might consider applying for a CVS account
(http://www.go-mono.com/ccvs.html), so that you can continue working on
the provider. I'll be trying in the meanwhile to compile it with mono.
