[Mono-list] Apache 1.3

The plan moving forward is to add support for Apache 1.3 and the full Apache
API, but the focus right now is ASP.NET support.

mod_haydn allows you to write Apache modules in c# with apache 1.3, but does not
provide ASP.NET support  http://haydn.sf.net
