You can create GUI programs with Gtk# and Qt#.

Information about Gtk# can be found at:
http://gtk-sharp.sourceforge.net/

There are also Gtk# samples in the gtk-sharp CVS module.

Qt# can be found at: http://qtcsharp.sourceforge.net/
