System.Windows.Forms is not implemented yet. In the future it will be based 
on WineLib and there existing today only a raw implementation.
For wiriting GUI-programs use Gtk# http://gtk-sharp.sourceforge.net/ or Qt# 
http://qtcsharp.sourceforge.net/
