btw, running the MS .NET generated janet.dll & JCommand.exe under mono,

and running the mono/mcs generated janet.dll & JCommand.exe under MS 
.NET produces the "correct" result.

So this is probably a runtime/class library problem somewhere... any 
debugging volunteers? :)
