[Mono-list] first time builder having problems

I seem to have the tool suite built along with corlib, but when trying
to build the class library, it bombs out when starting to build
system.dll saying it can't find system.dll.  I know I am missing
something easy but right now I can't see it.

This is on Redhat 8
