I guess the spec file only works for the x86 architecture where mono and
libmono is created. It should still have installed etc/mono/config and
etc/mono/machine.config, though. (I assume you're building it on s/390).
The quick solution is to remove the offending lines from the spec file.
I don't know the right solution, since I never studied how the rpm build
process works.
