[Mono-list] Re: Pending issues.

Where should these be tracked in Bugzilla?  For example, with exe.config
file handling I can see it fitting in "Mono Tasks", "Mono/Class
Libraries" and "Mono/Runtime" (due to the previously-mentioned AppDomain
bug).  Where should this be placed?

I'm sure other issues will have similar concerns regarding where they
should be filed.

Suggestions/guidelines?
