Hmm, strange I get this error despite having the server.exe in both
places (they have been there all the time).

[root@/var/www/html/mono]# pwd
/var/www/html/mono
[root@/var/www/html/mono]# ls -l server.exe
-rwxr-xr-x    1 apache   apache      38912 Feb 25 12:20 server.exe
[root@/var/www/html/mono]# ls -l bin/server.exe
-rwxr-xr-x    1 apache   apache      38912 Feb 25 12:20 bin/server.exe
