The headers already contain product/component, status, priority, etc
info.  It should be a simple task to filter and highlight
"X-Bugzilla-Status: RESOLVED" messages.

For example, in evolution its just a matter of:

Tools -> Filters -> Add (or edit your existing one)
Add criterion [Specific header] "X-Bugzilla-Status" [contains] "RESOLVED"

Then in the actions, you can filter to a specific folder or colour the
details red or something.

The subject line is already rather crowded, and we'd have to get all the
users of the Ximian bugzilla to accept a change.
