[Mono-list] Discussing patents.

Hey guys,

    Our policy with the patents has been outlined in the FAQ and on my
previous post.  At this point, people are re-hashing the Slashdot
discussion without having anything new to say.

    Unless you have talked with a patent attorney on this particular
issue and have something interesting to say, please move the patent
discussion elsewhere.   Say, create an `amateur-pundit'  list over at
Yahoo or use any of the existing lists, like say, gnu.misc.discuss.

    You guys are only raising the paranoia factor without any valuable
advise.  Am sorry, but you are not patent attorneys.   We have enough
with the Bush administration color-coded fear system.
