According to www.antlr.org, that unspeakable program also supports C#.

Coco/R is another tiny LL(k) parser generator which also supports C# and 
(I think) the C# version is written in C# (at least the Java version is 
written in Java).

However, as I prefer LR(k) parser over LL(k) ones, jay seems to a be a 
very practical solution.
