[Mono-list] installing mod_mono problem

Hi all
I am trying to follow INSTALL file in the mod_mono-0.5 tar ball. I have installed mono using rpm for rh9.0.
Now the first step is to install xsp. When i untar xsp-0.6.tar.gz there are no make files in it. Where as i am supposed to run ./configure, make and make install???? I am lost.
