[Mono-list] Good book on learning C#, GTK#?

Personally I would highly recommend every one to read
Programming .Net 1.1 Components by juval lowy (oreilly
publications)

No matter what the base OS is this book is a must for
every C# developer(though first chapter is windblows
oriented but is a good read).

Also jeffrey richter is good.
