[Mono-list] Good book on learning C#, GTK#?

Is there a book out there that covers this? I've just recently installed
Mono and I'm interested in playing with it partly to learning C#, but
hopefully in the process to become more familiar with GTK. Is there a
book that covers both out there or covers Mono in general, yet?

Otherwise would I be best served by just buying a good C# book and
learning GTK off the web? I haven't ever seen a good GTK book.
