Miguel and I struggled about this precise issue during the release
process of 0.26. I knew Monodoc 0.6 required CVS Gtk#, but a Gtk#
release could not be done in time.

If you look at http://go-mono.com/download.html, you'll see that, next
to the monodoc RPM packages for RH8 and RH9, there's a note saying that
this requires CVS Gtk# to run. I apologize for not putting a similar
notice next to the tarball link and also the Release Notes.
