[Mono-list] Install woes

That seemed to work.  There were several other errors, but all seemed to fade with subsequent makes in the mcs directory, then back to the mono directory for a make fullbuild.

Download the latest monolite from http://go-mono.com/daily/. Untar it,
and copy dll's to $PATH/lib/ and exe's to $PATH/bin/, where $PATH is
your path (maybe /usr, /usr/local, or something else depending on how
