[Mono-list] XSP broken?

For what it's worth Microsoft .NET framework behaves the same way; close =
on the writer closes the underlying stream.

I think the problem is that the XmlTextWriter is closing the HttpWriter.
I believe that HttpWriter.Close() should not cause the underlying stream
to be closed.
