[Mono-list] Long Paths/Short Paths

Hi.

Does anyone know a way to convert to/from Short Paths from/to Long Paths
(this is on Windows).  As an example, I want to convert from/to
"c:\DOCUME~1\NickDr\" and "c:\Documents and Settings\NickDr\"
