No, you don't have to charge money for it.

However, you do have to use "best commercially available tests for virus
infections", which could potentially be expensive, even prohibitively so.

For the mere fee of $US 100,000,000.00 I hereby offer to carefully test
your code for viruses, applying all the popular virus checkers and in
addition using my own proprietry object code inspection techniques.
Obviously this testing will be better than using any of the individual
popular virus checkers ;-)
