[Mono-list] Compiling Mono on FreeBSD (not using the port system)

I've gotten the tarred .23 version CVS version to compile on FreeBSD but =
WITHOUT boehm garbage collection. It seems the ./configure script(or =
something) is not detecting gc.h in the /usr/local/include dir, and =
therefore doesn't compile in garbage collection.
I've tried to compile with Boehm on multiple FreeBSD 5.0-p7 systems.
I've tried looking at the patches for the mono port in =
/usr/ports/lang/mono , but I can't find out what the diff's are.
Does anyone else have any experience with Mono not compiling with GC =
when it should? I'm really wanting to get started on GTK#. I'm very =
excited about the Mono Project. Keep up the good work everyone!
