[Mono-list] Gonzalo's bootstrap tarball

Hi,

Are the files in Gonzalo's tarball linux executables or MS executables -
all I'm getting is that they're typed as x-ms-executable instead of
x-executable when I look at any of the .exe files in the bin directory.
