[Mono-list] Mono and the .NET 1.1 changes

We will be moving to implement the 1.1 API instead of the 1.0 API, as it
seems like it only has bug fixes and a couple of new additions.

But keep in mind that new API calls might not get added immediately. 

Thanks for sending the list of API calls.  Could you file two bug
reports?  One for RuntimeHelpers and one for the Thread calls, so we do
not forget about it?
