[Mono-list] System.Xml testcases are moved

hi all,

I divided Xml testcases into each namespace named directories in cvs,
and then removed all the testcases from mcs/class/System.XML/Test.
You might receive nunit test compilation errors, then simply remove
those testcases from above directory. Sorry for inconvenience.
